Are you bonded and insured?

 

Good question!  Yes, we carry liability insurance and an employee dishonesty bond.  All staff must pass a criminal record check at time of hiring and we also carry Worksafe BC insurance.

 

What areas do you service?

 

We are proud to serve the South Cowichan Valley; Mill Bay, Shawnigan, Cobble Hill, Cowichan Bay, and Duncan, with waitlists for Crofton, Chemainus and Ladysmith.

Commercial janitorial and Disinfection services extend to all of Vancouver Island based on availablity.

 

Do you bring your own equipment?

Yes!  We bring everything that we need with the exception of toilet brushes for sanitary reasons. Our vacuums are all True HEPA filter equipped with motor driven powerheads.  Some clients prefer we use their vacuum and that is totally fine with us. Do you do windows?

Yes, we can do both interior and exterior windows.  Please provide advance notice so that we can bring our equipment.

 

 

Do I have to sign a contract?

No, we do not require a contract. We encourage open commuincation and feedback at all times to ensure the time you are paying for is being spent in the ways you need most. We apprciate an opportunity to address any concerns that may arise. 

What is your cancellation policy?

The more notice you can give us the better so that we have an opportunity to fill the spot with someone from our waitlist and maintain the staff member's hours. Any chancelations made within 24 hrs of a booking will be charged 50%.  Same day cancelations, or if we arrive to clean and are not able to gain access we do charge 100% of the regular rate.
